20-Min WBCT
Place 2ml of venous blood in a new, dry glass vessel. Leave undisturbed for 20 mins. If liquid (unclotted), it is a positive result indicating coagulopathy.

ASV Protocol
Initial dose: 10 vials of polyvalent ASV reconstituted in IV fluid. Administer over 1 hour. Do not give test doses.

Anaphylaxis Management
Stop ASV immediately. Administer Adrenaline (Epinephrine) 1:1000 IM (0.5mg for adults). Give oxygen and IV fluids.
